Diagnosis is free. Repairs start at $99, and you get the exact price before we start. If the fix would cost more than the machine is worth, we tell you that instead of doing it.
Most repairs are done within 48 hours. Screen and battery swaps are often same-day when the part is in stock. Anything that needs an ordered part takes longer, and we give you the date up front.
Labor is covered for 30 days after pickup. If the same problem comes back in that window, bring it in and we fix it at no charge.
