Who we are
SnapTech Repair LLC (SnapTech Repair) is an independent IT and device repair business operating from 403 E Arrow Hwy Suite 306, San Dimas, CA 91773. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and who else can see it. It covers this website only. It does not cover information you give us in person at the shop or over the phone.
What we collect
We collect information you type into a form on this site. Both the quote form on the homepage and the form on our contact page ask for your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and a description of your issue. Your name, email address, and a description of the issue are required; the rest are optional.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers on this website. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request, including IP address, user agent, and the URL requested. These logs exist for security and reliability and are not linked to form submissions.
How we use it
We use what you submit to answer your question, quote the work, and arrange the repair or service you asked about. We may reference an earlier message if you contact us again about the same device or issue. We do not send marketing email, and submitting a form does not subscribe you to anything.
Who else can see it
Two service providers handle data on our behalf. Vercel hosts this website and processes the server logs described above. Resend delivers form submissions to our email inbox. Each receives only what is necessary to perform that function.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive as email and remain in our inbox as part of our normal business correspondence. If you would like your message and contact details deleted, ask us and we will remove them, unless we are required to keep a record for tax or warranty purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are a California resident, state law gives you these rights explicitly, along with the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, call us or use the contact form and say what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request about someone's personal information.
Children
This website is intended for our customers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
